Graciela's method is the fruit of years of study. Her study has been dedicated to the study of the language of the body and to the analysis of sensations received when dancing with milongueros. Her objective: to help students learn from sensations and "body memory" and combine this with technical studies to achieve an elegant natural dance position.
In Argentina, Graciela Gonzalez, the foremost women's instructor, offers classes in women's technique. She focuses on walking with utmost quality and all the elements used in follower's dancing. Elements such as ochos, boleo and many others. There is an emphasis on posture, breathing, and how to contact and use the floor with a very quiet yoga-like approach. Men are welcome at these classes. And smart men often attend. Men gain technique,
technique, and more technique.
In 1997 she formed the first group of teachers - Grupo de profesores(in Argentina, Israel, Brazil, Germany and Italy) to promote research and dissemination of Argentine Tango through her method and group teaching.
She has taught in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Holland, Belgium, Italy, Israel, USA, Brzil, Chile and Russia.

He studied tango from Rodolfo Dinzel, Gustavo Naveira and Giselle Ann, Martin Ojeda, Danny «El Flaco», with Geraldine Rojas, Andres Laza Moreno, Samantha Dispari, Javier Rodriguez. Jose does not teach long sequences and ready step-by-step combinations which fill our dancing consciousness and does not give possibility to improvise. Most of all he works at basic concepts - first of all at posture and walk.

Irina learned tango with outstanding tango maestros: Graciela Gonzales, Elina Roldan, Javier Rodriguez, Gustavo Naveira, Carlos Gavito, Nito and Elba Garcia, Jorge Firpo and Aurora Lubiz, Olga Bessio, Julio and Corina Balmaceda, Osvalso and Coca and many others.
Her love to Milonga and musical cilture of tango has allowed her to prepare her own Master courses on Milonga and Musicality, are very popular in Moscow and in many Russian cities, becoming her own “brand” of teaching. This year after her trip to Argentina and study with Javier Rodriguez, she made her new Close Embrace course.
Her advanced students are still coming to her classes for many years, as she has always something new to offer them, simply because it’s impossible to do without it.
Jose considers that "walk" is a basis of tango and it can be very various and expressive. The basic idea of musicality classes, developed by Jose Almar, consists in developing student’s sensitivity in relation to the music, and thus not to impose it ready rhythmic drawings or step-by-step sequences. Such approach, according to Jose, should convince the dancer that the basic complexity is represented not by technical aspects of dancing, and necessity to hear and perceive music.
